Large kimono dressing mat. This large hand-made paper mat is something indispensable and comes in handy when dressing and folding. This mat is made from a strong paper with a wrinkled texture, the edges on this particular model are a little thicker. This size easily fits the full length of a kimono. It folds up small for easy storage, and since it is light it is easy to give it a shake before placing it on the floor (or table). The side with the pattern is the bottom, the white side is the top.

Although I keep the floor clean, it always feels a bit more comfortable to quickly unfold the mat when dressing, undressing, or folding kimono. Because it is made from paper a little care should be taken but a piece of tape fixes any rips.
